1. Take your TRIMBIOTIC product every day.
2. Be active!  Park your car at the far end of the parking lot.  Take a walk.  Try to get your heart rate up for at least 15 minutes 2-3 times a week.
3. Watch what you eat.   If you find that the weight isn’t coming quickly enough, reduce your carbohydrate intake.  For a jump start, we recommend eating 6 small meals per day.  The entire day should contain no more than 30 carbohydrates and less than 6 grams of sugar.   Spreading the carbohydrates out into six small meals each with 5 or fewer carbohydrates.
Fire up your weight-loss with any of these activities:
  • Play and be active with your family
  • Park at the far end of the parking lot
  • Keep a set of small weights on the kitchen counter and do a rep of 10 every time you walk past them
  • Take dance lessons
  • Go for a bike ride on one of the old railroad biking trails
  • Go for a brisk walk after lunchtime or dinner
  • Hike, ride a bike or jog
  • Work out to a fun dance or kickboxing video
  • Clean a room in your house from top to bottom
  • Take the stairs instead of elevators and escalators
